The pie chart shows the proportions of the main gases in the atmosphere. It is clear that the main gas is nitrogen. because Nitrogen makes up about 4/5 of Earth's Atmosphere. Nitrogen makes up 78% of the earth's Atmosphere exactly whilst Oxygen makes up only 21% So Nitrogen and oxygen are about 99% of the atmosphere.
